Today marks the start of my 2nd week doing p90 and my 2nd weigh-in. According to the scale I gained just a just over a pound - last week 254.3 this week.255.8 (these are listed at the bottom of the side bar on the left) - which makes sense because muscle does weigh more than fat. As I posted last week my clothes all already fit better and overall I feel tons better - I'm not as tired all the time AND I seem to sleep better at night too which is a major plus.
Anyway that is all I have to say right now - going to work on making my new tree skirt this afternoon, wish me luck that is doesn't just turn into one huge disaster!
