p90 update

The last 2 weeks have been CRAZY at our house.  ER trips, Dr visits, vet appointments and crazy work hours.  That being said and considering I only power90ed once last week I feel pretty good about where I am.  
I did weigh and measure last Monday (the 20th) before I did the routine (the only time last week) I was up 3.2 pounds and lost half an inch.  
Today (after a week of not working out) I was down 1.6 pounds from last week no inches this time, but hey for not doing much of anything I think that is pretty dang good!  My body is definitely used to working out now and all of my muscles were happy to get back on track again.
