While sitting at the computer this morning checking my stuff (email, blogs I read, Scentsy workstation & etc.) the FedEx guy came. FedEx? We haven't ordered anything that should be coming. Open the door and get a ProFlowers box put in my hands. I asked Bill, "Did you order flowers?" "No." After last years ordeal I am not surprised (paid extra to make sure they came for Valentines day - nothing showed up even 3 days later and had to fight for a refund....it was through a different company though - ugh I remember "why do you want a refund sir?" "um because NOTHING SHOWED UP!" anyway).
I opened the box and found these beautiful roses:
from who else - my dad of course. Thanks Dad - I love you.

ReplyDeleteTom had a similar Problem last MOTHERS DAY, He sent me an Orchid (my favorite flower) it was left at a wrong address so they sent another one to me and a day later, the first one found it"s way to my house. So I got 2 of them. And the funny thing is they are Both STILL FLOWERING, almost a year later. AWESOME !!!!!

ReplyDeleteLaurence has always given Aisling flowers, but she is not getting them this year. He tried and couldn't get it worked out. He did send her flowers, they're just "different". Hopefully she'll post a picture. :)
